If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of the receipt with the merchandise. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. Please note that you will be reimbursed for return shipping only if your return was a result of our error. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition for refund or exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We use FedEx Ground and Priority Post and ship to US locations only. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of being placed and should arrive in 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted.
