Performance Tips:
Maximizing golf performance starts with the body. You don’t have to be a professional to benefit from the same basic fitness, flexibility and breathing exercises practiced by the pros. But why stop there? Spend some time refining or addressing a few other common “issues” that affect most golfers.
By the way, if you can't find the answer to a particular problem you are experiencing, please click on the Q & A link to view a list of previously submitted questions and my responses. Or, if your question hasn't already been asked, I invite you to send me an email. Each week I select one question and respond with my advice.
To the left I have assembled seven of the most common problem areas experienced by golfers. Again, these are the same physical challenges faced by every pro on the tour. Master each of these, from Core Strength to Posture, and your game is sure to improve.
Okay, so your body is tuned and toned and it’s time to play some golf. How do you maximize your performance on the course? Based on my 12 years of experience working with thousands of pro and amateur golfers I have assembled a list of the most important non-physical training topics to help your game.
