This DVD teaches the basic fundamentals of yoga and its application to better golf performance. Level 1 (40 minutes) provides golfers of all ages and abilities with the tools to change their golf game through strength, flexibility and visualization, and clearly explains how and why each exercise affects the golf swing; Level 2 is a more vigorous 15 minute sequence of yoga postures that will strengthen the body, balance the mind, and develop flexibility.
Level 1 is suitable for the yoga novice, and Level 2 is more challenging. This DVD combines the first 2 videos Katherine Roberts made, in 1999 and 2001, and differs from the subsequent series, PAR, BIRDIE, and EAGLE in that the instruction is presented differently. The Level 1 & Level 2 DVD is a good introduction to the Yoga for Golfers program.
