The Birdie series is more advanced than the Par Level, and builds upon the basic foundation to increase flexibility, with more attention to building strength, balance and core conditioning, using more standing and balancing poses. The Birdie series is suitable for the more physically-fit golfer, and is a natural progression from the Par Series. Runtime: 60 minutes. Includes 10 minute On-the-Course flexibility exercises.
