The Par Series teaches yoga and its direct application to golf performance and overall well-ness. Separated into 3 sections: Standing Poses, Core Conditioning, and Seated Poses, this 60 minute sequence is suitable for people at all levels of fitness. The Par Level program pays special attention to the shoulders, low back and hamstrings. Included is a 10 minute Bonus section of flexibility exercises utilizing the golf cart, designed to keep you loose and injury-free through your round of golf.
